About The Role
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and engage our target audience across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and building brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and brand communication.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management Hands-on experience managing brand accounts and executing performance-driven campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), and Facebook Familiar with platform best practices, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools Ability to track campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
- Excellent written and communication skills Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone, clarity, and brand voice.
- Creative mindset with strategic thinking Ability to develop engaging content aligned with business goals.
